(1) The fulcrum of laser tube installation should be reasonable. The fulcrum should be at 1/4 of the total length of the laser tube. Otherwise, the laser tube spot pattern will be deteriorated. Some working spots will become several points for a period of time, causing the laser power to drop to meet the requirements. , resulting in constant change of management.

(2) The cooling system should be grounded, and the water tank and waterway should be cleaned frequently. The temperature control point of the cooling temperature control water tank should be reasonable. Otherwise, the laser tube will be easily damaged and the dew condensation power will drop, the cold head of the tube will fall off, the service life will be greatly shortened, and sometimes it will not work. Caused continuous change of management.

(3) Water protection should be checked and cleaned frequently. Cooling water often cannot be opened. Water protection float switch or water protection float switch is not reset. Short-circuit method cannot be used to solve the urgent need. The cooling water quality should be good. The aluminum oxide of the nozzle is too serious. It should be cleaned regularly for the water in the water pump and the water pipe and the water protection. Otherwise, the laser tube will burst or the cold head will fall off.

(4) The suction device should be regularly inspected and cleaned, and the fan duct should be cleaned up. Otherwise, a lot of smoke and dust will not be discharged, and the lens and the laser tube will be seriously and quickly contaminated, so that the mechanical and electronic components are easily oxidized and the contact is not good.

(5) Focusing mirror and mirror inspection. After working for a while, the frame will be hot, and the surface of the lens will be discolored and rusted; the film peeling and cracking are all objects to be replaced, especially for many customers using atmospheric pumps and air compressors. Water is quickly accumulated on the lens, so the cleaning and quality of the optical system of the lens (laser tube exit) must be checked on time.

(6) The working environment of the machine should not be too bad. If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees and lower than 18 degrees, there is too much dust and serious air pollution, so the machine is seriously damaged and the failure rate is rising; the electrical accessories are very humid. Easy to go wrong. Therefore, we especially remind customers to improve the working environment and maintain the machine frequently.

(7) The power grid power should be matched. The power distribution and contact points of all parts of the whole equipment should be good (fan, water cooler, laser machine, laser power supply, computer should be powered independently).

(8) The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it can not be used for 90-100 light intensity for a long time; it is necessary to rationalize the application of laser and save laser energy; the optical path system should be cleaned correctly, otherwise the laser tube will be prematurely aged and cracked, so the laser machine works. The strong response should be adjusted at 50-60% and then the working speed should be adjusted according to the material. This is the best working condition of the laser tube.
