Standard for judging whether KOYO bearings are damaged

     The judgment of whether or not to reuse is determined in consideration of KOYO bearing damage degree, mechanical performance, importance, operating conditions, and the period until the next inspection. However, if you have the following defects, you can no longer use them. You must replace the new KOYO bearings:
     (1) Cracks or notches on any of the inner ring, the outer ring, the rolling elements, and the cage;
     (2) There is a break on any one of the ferrule and the rolling element;
     (3) Significant jams on the raceway surface, ribs and rolling elements;
     (4) The cage is worn significantly or the rivet is significantly slack;
     (5) There is rust and injury on the raceway surface and rolling elements;
     (6) There are serious indentations and marks on the raceway surface and rolling elements;
     (7) There is obvious creep on the inner diameter surface of the inner ring or the outer diameter surface of the outer ring;
     (8) The discoloration caused by heat is obvious;
     (9) The KOYO bearing sealed with grease has obvious damage to the seal ring or dust cover.
